随着我国社会主义市场经济的进一步发展与完善,建筑施工企业之间的竞争更加激烈,经营风险是所有企业在经营过程中必须面对的现实问题。本文通过对建筑企业经营风险发生的原因进行分析和探讨,提出完善公司治理结构、健全公司内控制度并确保有效运行等企业防范经营风险的具体措施。
With the further development and improvement of China’s socialist market economy, the competition among construction enterprises is more fierce. The management risk is a real problem that all enterprises must face in the course of operating. By analyzing and discussing the causes of the construction enterprises’ operation risk, this paper puts forward the concrete measures of perfecting the corporate governance structure, perfecting the company’s internal control system and ensuring the effective operation of enterprises and preventing the operation risk.
