目的 探讨瘦素在女性青春期发育中的作用及其与胰岛素、生长激素、雌二醇和睾酮的相互关系。方法 2 0 0 1年 9月筛选 7~ 1 7岁单纯性肥胖女性 1 50人 ,以相互身高相差不超过 2cm ,年龄相差不超过 3个月进行配比 ,选择正常组和营养不良组各 1 50人。结果 女性血清瘦素水平与体重指数和年龄均呈正相关。女性血清瘦素水平从B1 期到B5期逐步上升。正常组B2 期血清瘦素水平 (7 72 μg/L)和营养不良组B2 期 (7 36μg/L)相近 ,但显著低于肥胖组B2 期血清瘦素水平 (1 2 85μg/L) ,其他各期肥胖组、正常组和营养不良组均差异有显著性。瘦素与生长激素呈负相关 ,与胰岛素呈强正相关 ,但与雌二醇和睾酮无相关性。结论 瘦素在启动女性青春期发育中可能发挥了作用。B2期瘦素水平可能是瘦素启动女性青春期发育的阈剂量。B5期瘦素水平迅速增长具有抑制生长激素分泌的作用 ,起到青春期发育结束信号的作用。
Objective To investigate the role of leptin in the development of female adolescence and its relationship with insulin, growth hormone, estradiol and testosterone. Methods A total of 150 simple obese women aged 7-1 7 years were screened in September 2001. The patients were divided into normal group and malnourished group by the ratio of no more than 2cm and the difference of age less than 3 months. 50 people. Results Serum leptin levels were positively correlated with body mass index and age. Female serum leptin levels gradually increased from B1 to B5. The level of serum leptin in B2 group was similar to that in malnutrition group B2 (7 36 μg / L), but it was significantly lower than that in obesity group B2 (12 85 μg / L) All obesity group, normal group and malnutrition group were significantly different. Leptin was negatively correlated with growth hormone and positively correlated with insulin, but not with estradiol and testosterone. Conclusion Leptin may play a role in initiating female adolescent development. The level of leptin at stage B2 may be the threshold dose for leptin-initiated female puberty. The rapid growth of leptin at stage B5 has the effect of inhibiting the secretion of growth hormone and playing the role of the end of puberty.
