锚杆在高层建筑深基础中应用已经日渐增多,目前已完成的工程有北京国际大厦、王府井饭店、中国科技活动中心、华府大厦、新华社新楼和沈阳中山大厦等工程。正在施工的还有北京京城大厦(53层,地下深23m)、京广大厦等。这些工程有的采用地下连续墙、有的是大直径灌注桩、有的是用H型钢作为挡土墙,都采用锚杆作拉杆,用一层或几层锚杆,其主筋有的用粗钢筋,有的用钢绞线。高层建筑因地基基础、建筑功能和抗震的需要,基础往往做得较深,放坡大开挖土方做基础的方案已不可行,已被挡土墙
The use of bolts in the deep foundations of high-rise buildings has been increasing. Currently completed projects include Beijing International Building, Wangfujing Hotel, China Science and Technology Activity Center, Washington Mansion, Xinhua News New Building, and Shenyang Zhongshan Building.
