目的调查昆山市流动人口卫生服务需求、利用和影响因素。方法采取整群抽样的方法从昆山市随机抽取10个工厂,对959名流动人口进行了问卷调查。结果流动人口2周患病率为18.2%,2周就诊率为11.2%,年住院率为3.7%,37.7%的门诊患者和45.7%的住院患者选择社区基层卫生机构;影响其利用卫生服务的因素主要有年龄、婚姻状况、打工时间等。结论流动人口对卫生服务的利用率较低,卫生服务的需求尚未得到满足,需大力提高流动人口卫生服务水平。
Objective To investigate the demand, utilization and influencing factors of health services for the floating population in Kunshan City. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to randomly select 10 factories from Kunshan City and surveyed 959 floating populations. Results The 2-week prevalence rate of floating population was 18.2%, the consultation rate was 11.2% at 2 weeks, and the hospitalization rate was 3.7%. 37.7% of outpatients and 45.7% of inpatients chose community health organizations at the primary level; affecting their use of health services. The factors mainly include age, marital status, and working hours. Conclusion The utilization of health services by the floating population is low, and the demand for health services has not yet been met, and the level of health services for the floating population needs to be greatly improved.
