劳动很美,充满智慧的劳动更美。当今中国金融业活跃着一批有着专业背景的高学历青年骨干,当他们的领悟力和创造性转化为奉献的激情时,金融职业不再枯燥单调,而是呈现出富有灵性和光彩的劳动之美。盛和泰就是他们当中的一员。作为全国金融五一劳动奖章获得者、中国人保控股公司研发部副总经理,他的经历并不复杂:高等学府一路苦读,毕业后在人保一干就是六年。1998 年刚到公司时,盛和泰是引人注目的,因为那时他是屈指可数的北大经济学博士;今天,他依旧受到公司上下的关注,不过,不再是因为缥缈的学历光环,而是因为实在的工作业绩。
