本文在通氨滴醇气体软氮化的基础上加入不同量的稀土元素La,研究了La对动力学过程、渗层组织结构、耐磨性、以及渗层冲击韧性和表面耐腐性的影响。结果表明:La对软氮化过程具有显著的催渗作用,增加化合物层中的(?)相含量,并使表面硬度和耐磨性发生相应变化;La能提高表面的耐腐蚀性,适量加入La能有效提高渗层的冲击韧性。
In this paper, different amounts of rare earth element La were added on the basis of nitrocarburizing with ammonia dropping gas, and the effects of La on the kinetics, microstructure, wear resistance, impact toughness and surface corrosion resistance of the infiltrated layer were investigated. . The results show that: La has a significant role in promoting nitrocarburizing process, increasing the content of (?) Phase in the compound layer, and changing the surface hardness and wear resistance; La can improve the corrosion resistance of the surface, La can effectively improve the impact toughness of the layer.
