众所周知,春节是中华民族最重要的传统节日,即使离家再远,过年也要赶回家,跟家人吃顿团圆饭。一家人难得聚在一起,肯定要吃点好的。那什么是好的?无非就是猪肉、羊肉、牛肉、鸡、鸭、鹅、鱼、虾、螃蟹,生活条件再好一些的,还会加上鱼翅、燕窝、鲍鱼、海参等食物。以我的老家为例,一到过年,家家都要准备四喜丸子、粉蒸肉、羊肉杂烩、酸辣里脊、夹板肉、猪头肉、红烧鱼等传统菜肴,似乎少了这些菜就不叫过年。一上桌,你会发现一半以上都是肉,一个春节过下来,很多人都吃“顶”了,吃出了消化不良!
As everybody knows, the Spring Festival is the most important traditional festival for the Chinese nation. Even if I leave home again, the Chinese New Year will have to go home and eat reunion dinner with my family. A rare family get together, sure to eat good. What is good? Nothing more than pork, lamb, beef, chicken, duck, goose, fish, shrimp, crabs, better living conditions, plus shark’s fin, bird’s nest, abalone, sea cucumber and other food. Take my hometown as an example. As soon as the Chinese New Year begins, all families should prepare traditional dishes such as Sihewan, Fentiao, lamb chowder, hot and sour pork tenderloin, plywood meat, pig meat and braised fish. . A table, you will find that more than half of the meat, a Spring Festival down, many people eat “top ”, eat out of indigestion!
