伴随我国社会经济发展水平的提升和改革开放政策的不断深入,以及市场经济体制的施行,使得我国各大企业中财务治理与管理这两方面的工作也发生了极大的改变,获得了一定的进展。相关企业在不断进步发展的同时,管理者要想对企业内的财务管理和治理工作展开合理调整,以便能够进一步满足企业发展的需要,就需要重新梳理二者的关系,以便让企业财务部门的价值可以真正被挖掘出来,以此来促进公司发展的可持续性。对此,本文以公司的财务管理与治理这二者的关系展开思考,对二者有效对接的途径展开研究。
