文章首先着重探讨了“互联网+”时代对传统出版业提出的迫切要求,“创新内容”“创新驱动”是“互联网+”时代出版行业发展的重要趋势特征。由此提出应该顺应“互联网+”思维,培养互联网复合型出版人才,体现在善用互联网的应用技术能力、具备复合型的营销宣传能力以及利用互联网发扬出版人文情怀的能力。最后,构建出“互联网+”时代出版人才培养的新模式,以应用型为导向,制定亮点人才培养计划,产学研结合,培养与社会接轨新人才,利用互联网打造O2O新型学习模式。
The article first focuses on the urgent requirements for the traditional publishing industry in the age of “Internet +”. The content of “innovation content” and “innovation drive” are the important trend characteristics of the publishing industry in the age of “Internet +”. Therefore, it is suggested that we should adapt to the “Internet +” thinking to cultivate Internet compound publishing talents, demonstrate the ability to make good use of the Internet’s application technology, possess complex marketing and advertising capabilities, and use the Internet to promote the publication of humanistic feelings. Finally, a new mode of cultivating published talents in the age of “Internet +” is constructed. Based on the application type, a bright spot personnel training plan is formulated, a combination of industry, academia and research is established, new talents engaged with society are cultivated, and a new O2O learning mode is created by using the Internet.
