反渗透复合膜的性能不仅和超薄功能层的形态结构和性质有关,还和位于超薄层/支撑层之间的内界面的结构和性能有关.我们用界面改性的方法研究了反渗透复合膜内界面结构和性能对复合膜性能的影响,通过扫描电镜(SEM)和傅立叶红外光谱ATR-FTIR表征了反渗透复合膜内界面的重要的物理形态变化和化学变化.结果表明:超薄功能层/多孔支撑层间的内界面具有较大的粗糙度和高的亲水性有助于提高反渗透复合膜的水通量;而反渗透复合膜的脱盐率和内界面的极性相关.
