目的:探讨麻醉医生术前访视对手术安全的作用。方法:随机选取2014年1月~2015年3月浙江省舟山医院普外科、妇产科、骨科收治的择期手术患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组采用常规术前流程,观察组除常规术前流程外,由麻醉医生制定术前访视内容并进行实施。以两组患者心理承受能力、与麻醉医生配合满意度、患者对麻醉医师的满意度、平均住院天数、并发症发生率、手术患者健康知识知晓率作为观察指标,比较分析麻醉医生术前访视对手术安全中的作用。结果:观察组患者心理承受能力、与麻醉医生配合满意度、对麻醉医生的满意度和健康知识知晓率明显高于对照组,其平均住院天数、并发症发生率则明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:把临床护理路径应用于普外科手术患者的护理中,能优化护理流程、提高患者护理满意度并建立融洽的护患关系、降低平均住院时间和住院费用、减少患者并发症发生率,同时提高患者对健康知识的知晓率,最终提高对普外科手术患者的临床护理效果,促进患者尽早康复。
Objective: To investigate the effect of anesthesiologists preoperative visit on the safety of surgery. Methods: One hundred patients randomly selected from general surgery department, obstetrics and gynecology department, orthopedic department of Zhoushan Hospital of Zhejiang Province from January 2014 to March 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group. Results: The psychological tolerance of the patients in the observation group and satisfaction with the anesthesiologist were significantly higher than that of the control group, and the average length of stay and the complication rate were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Applying the clinical nursing pathway to the nursing of general surgery patients can optimize the nursing process, improve patient satisfaction and establish harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, reduce the average length of hospital stay and hospitalization, and reduce the incidence of complications in patients. Meanwhile, Improve patient awareness of health knowledge, and ultimately improve the clinical care of patients with general surgery results, and promote early recovery of patients.
