纪检监察干部是党风廉政建设的实践者,是深入持久地开展反腐败斗争的主力军,肩负维护和执行党的纪律的主要责任。新形势下,如何率先垂范、做一名合格的纪检监察干部?笔者认为,应当不断加强学习,广纳新知,增强理论功底,不断提高自身素质。众所周知,纪检监察干部对加强领导干部作风建设负有不可推卸的责任,纪检监察干部自身作风如何,又将直接影响领导干部的作风建设。因此,笔者认为纪检干部应当从以下几个方面率先垂范,发挥表率作用。
Discipline inspection and supervision cadres are practitioners of the party style building and the building of a clean government. They are the main force for launching an anti-corruption struggle in an in-depth and long-lasting manner and are responsible for maintaining and enforcing party discipline. Under the new situation, how to take the lead and make a qualified discipline inspection and supervision cadre? I believe that we should continue to strengthen learning, admit new knowledge, enhance theoretical foundation, and continuously improve their own quality. As we all know, discipline inspection and supervision cadres have an unshirkable responsibility to strengthening the style of leading cadres. Discipline inspection and supervision cadres own style, but also will directly affect the style of leading cadres. Therefore, I believe that discipline inspection cadres should take the lead in setting forth examples from the following aspects and play an exemplary role.
