铝基涂层有望替代镉基镀层作为钢表面防护技术,综合对比了离子镀铝和离子液体电镀铝-锆合金涂层的形貌、电化学性能和耐蚀性能。采用扫描电子显微镜、原子力显微镜和能谱研究了两种铝基涂层表面及断面的微观形貌和成分;采用开路电位、极化曲线等方法检测了两种铝基涂层的电化学性能;采用中性盐雾试验与交流阻抗谱结合方法研究了铝基涂层的耐蚀性,拟合分析了涂层结构的变化。研究结果表明,离子镀铝涂层和离子液体电镀铝-锆合金涂层具有不同的表面形貌,电化学性能有所差异,但是二者都具有十分优异的耐蚀性能。
Aluminum-based coating is expected to replace cadmium-based coating as steel surface protection technology, a comprehensive comparison of the morphology of the ion-plating aluminum and ionic liquid aluminum-zirconium alloy coating morphology, electrochemical properties and corrosion resistance. The morphology and composition of the two aluminum-based coatings were investigated by scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy. The electrochemical properties of the two aluminum-based coatings were tested by open circuit potential and polarization curves. The corrosion resistance of aluminum-based coatings was studied by the combination of neutral salt spray test and AC impedance spectroscopy. The changes of the coating structure were analyzed and fitted. The results show that the ionic aluminum plating and the ionic liquid aluminum-zirconium alloy coating have different surface morphologies and electrochemical properties, but both have very good corrosion resistance.
