对我国科技与产业的转型及政策调整问题开展研究,有助于客观审视全国科技与产业发展状况、深入分析科技转型与产业转型在我国经济可持续发展中的作用,对于破解金融危机下我国企业的发展困局、完善国家科技与产业政策以及促进集约型增长方式转变具有重要的理论和实践意义。在界定概念内涵、厘清科技转型与产业转型之间关系的基础上,本文分析了我国科技与产业发展存在的问题及其原因,阐释我国科技转型与产业转型的必要性,并探讨了战略转型的方向与路径以及给出相应的政策建议。
