电刺激兔下丘脑乳头体及其周围区域诱发期前收缩(HSE)。电刺激一侧颈迷走神经中枢端,或电刺激延髓孤束核区域(NTS),均使HSE数减少。而电刺激延髓最后区、网状结构内2/3区域的背侧部以及三叉脊束核等区域对HSE数影响不大。NTS内微量注射乙酰胆碱,使HSE数减少。NTS内微量注射阿托品,可减弱刺激迷走神经对HSE的抑制作用。上述结果提示:电刺激颈迷走神经中枢端对HSE有抑制作用,此作用可能与延髓孤束核内乙酰胆碱的释放有关。
Electrical stimulation of the hypothalamus papillary body and its surrounding area induces premature contractions (HSE). Electrical stimulation of the central vagus nerve at one side or electrical stimulation of the medulla oblongata nucleus (NTS) reduced the number of HSEs. However, electrical stimulation of the final region of the medulla oblongata, the dorsal part of the 2/3 region within the reticular formation, and the region of the trigeminal spinous bundle nucleus had little effect on the number of HSE. Microinjection of acetylcholine into the NTS reduces the number of HSEs. Microinjection of atropine into the NTS attenuates the inhibitory effect of vagus nerve stimulation on HSE. These results suggest that electrical stimulation of cervical vagus nerve center HSE inhibitory effect may be related to the release of acetylcholine in the medulla oblongata nucleus.
