目的:动态观察肺纤维化大鼠的内皮素合成和分布,了解ET与肺纤维化发生发展的关系。方法:采用放射免疫法和SP免疫组织化学方法,观察博莱霉素(BW)组(n=25)和对照组(n=25)在用药后1、3、7、14、28d时血浆EF浓度及肺组织财的合成和分布情况。结果.BLM组大鼠血浆ET含量明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),ET在支气管上皮细胞和炎性细胞表达增强P<0.01。结论:ET可能与肺纤维化的发生发展有密切关系,参与了肺纤维化的渗出和增生过程。
OBJECTIVE: To dynamically observe the synthesis and distribution of endothelin in pulmonary fibrosis rats and to understand the relationship between ET and pulmonary fibrosis. Methods: Radioimmunoassay and SP immunohistochemistry were used to observe the plasma levels of EF in the bleomycin group (n = 25) and the control group (n = 25) at 1, 3, 7, Concentration and lung tissue synthesis and distribution of wealth. Results The levels of plasma ET in BLM group were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P <0.01), and the expression of ET in bronchial epithelial cells and inflammatory cells was significantly increased (P <0.01). Conclusion: ET may be closely related to the occurrence and development of pulmonary fibrosis and participate in the exudation and hyperplasia of pulmonary fibrosis.
