一、总则(一)交通部港口科学技术网(以下简称网),是由交通部筹划、协调并进行归口管理。其成员由我国各港口与港口生产活动有关的工厂、科研机构、院校、航运等单位自愿申请参加的,是进行港航技术、科技成果、科技信息交流,加强横向联系,促进“科技兴港”的联合团体。网的宗旨是积极推动我国港、航加速实现现代化。
I. General Provisions (I) The Port Science and Technology Network of the Ministry of Communications (hereinafter referred to as the network) is planned, coordinated and administered by the Ministry of Communications. Volunteers from factories, scientific research institutes, universities and shipping units whose ports are related to port activities in our country are invited to participate in the exchange of technology, scientific and technological achievements, exchange of scientific and technological information, enhance horizontal links and promote the development of “science and technology to Hong Kong ”The joint group. The aim of the network is to actively promote the modernization of our country’s ports and airlines.
