目的探讨多酶清洗剂在提高医疗器械清洗质量中的作用。方法手工清洗,随机抽取同质污染的医疗器械1120件,分成实验组和对照组,每组560件;实验组物品浸泡在必洁美多酶器械清洗剂1:200溶液中5 m in,对照组物品浸泡在传统清洗剂1:200溶液中30 m in,分别取出两组物品用流动水冲净。结果必洁美多酶器械清洗剂清洗合格率为97.50%,传统清洗剂清洗合格率为89.64%,二者用于医疗器械手工清洗差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论多酶清洗剂提高了医疗器械清洗质量。
Objective To explore the effect of multi-enzyme cleaning agent on improving the cleaning quality of medical instruments. Methods A total of 1120 medical devices were randomly selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 560 samples in each group. The experimental group was immersed in 1: 200 solution of 1: Group of items soaked in the traditional cleaning agent 1: 200 solution 30 m in, were removed two groups of objects washed with running water. Results Cleaner multi-enzyme device cleaning cleaning pass rate was 97.50%, the traditional cleaning agent cleaning pass rate was 89.64%, both for manual cleaning of medical devices was significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusions Multi-enzyme cleaning agent improves the quality of medical device cleaning.
