随着大庆油田逐步进入石油高含水开采后期,如何提高石油采收率、降低人力成本,已成为油田最为迫切的需求。目前,我国各大油田已将“数字化油田建设”作为发展的首要任务。针对油田采油区范围大,注水井地点分散,数量多,数据人工手抄提取,所带来的工作量大且繁琐,以及数据不能得到很好的统一管理,以及对设备运行情况不能及时监测、记录和统计等问题。本文提出以力控组态软件Force Control作为基础,通过在井口安置无线控制仪表及无线RTU构成SCADA系统,实现对生产现场注水井数据采集与实时监测。同时架设采油区局域无线网络,建立生产数据自动采集、图像监控和远程控制的信息化平台。

At the same time erection of regional wireless network, the establishment of production data collection, image monitoring and remote control of information technology platform.
