[目的]探讨p53及MMP-2蛋白在人肺癌组织中的表达情况。[方法]采用量子点免疫荧光组织化学(QDs-IHC)技术分析和研究人肺癌组织芯片中p53及MMP-2蛋白的表达情况,并检测p53及MMP-2蛋白在肺癌组织中的共表达。[结果]QDs-IHC检测分析显示,p53及MMP-2蛋白在肺癌组的表达均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。p53及MMP-2蛋白表达之间呈显著正相关(r=0.533,P<0.01)。[结论]新型半导体免疫荧光标记试剂—量子点结合组织芯片技术(QDs-IHC)可以检测到p53及MMP-2蛋白在肺癌组织中的表达,p53及MMP-2在肺癌组织中的共表达对肺癌的恶性进展起促进作用。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of p53 and MMP-2 in human lung cancer. [Methods] Quantitative dot immunofluorescence histochemistry (QDs-IHC) was used to analyze and study the expression of p53 and MMP-2 protein in human lung cancer tissue microarray. The expression of p53 and MMP-2 protein in lung cancer tissues was detected. [Results] The results of QDs-IHC analysis showed that the expression of p53 and MMP-2 in lung cancer was higher than that in control group (P <0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between p53 and MMP-2 protein expression (r = 0.533, P <0.01). [Conclusion] The expression of p53 and MMP-2 protein in lung cancer and the co-expression of p53 and MMP-2 in lung cancer tissues were detected by QDs-IHC, a new semiconductor immunofluorescent labeling reagent. The malignant progression of lung cancer plays a role in promoting.
