针对超磁致伸缩致动器(GMA)输出位移有限的问题,采用柔性铰链放大机构放大GMA输出位移,利用材料力学理论、拉格朗日动力学方程和有限元法对柔性铰链放大机构的位移放大倍数、动力学特性进行了分析.结合Jiles-Atherton(J-A)模型和二次畴转模型建立了柔性铰链放大式GMA的磁弹耦合模型,并在软件AMESim&Simulink联合仿真环境中进行了数值仿真.制作了柔性铰链放大式GMA样机,对其进行了动态性能实验,仿真和实验表明:经过放大,柔性铰链放大式GMA输出位移可以达到0.4mm;频带宽超过100Hz;所建立的磁弹耦合模型是有效的.
Aiming at the problem of limited output displacement of GMA, a flexible hinge amplifying mechanism is used to amplify the output displacement of GMA.
