目的 :探讨微血管计数 (MVC)和上皮钙粘附素 (E- CD)表达与膀胱癌恶性程度、浸润及复发的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学 SABC法检测 81例膀胱移行细胞癌组织 MVC和 E- CD的表达情况。结果 :1组织学分级 级和 级间的 MVC没有显著性差异 ,但两者与 级比较均有显著性差异 (P均 <0 .0 1)。浸润性癌和复发组膀胱癌的 MVC分别显著高于浅表性癌 (P<0 .0 1)和未复发组膀胱癌 (P<0 .0 1)。 2 E- CD的异常表达与膀胱癌临床分期、病理分级有显著关系 (P均 <0 .0 5 ) ,复发组 E- CD异常表达率 (75 .8% )显著高于未复发组的异常表达率 (31.2 % ,P<0 .0 1)。3E- CD正常表达的膀胱癌的 MVC显著低于 E- CD异常表达的膀胱癌 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :MVC和 E- CD均可作为膀胱癌恶性程度、浸润及复发的预测指标 ,E- CD可能在肿瘤血管生成方面起一定的抑制作用。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of microvessel count (MVC) and E-cadherin (E-CD) and the malignant degree, infiltration and recurrence of bladder cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression of MVC and E-CD in 81 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Results: There was no significant difference in MVC between histological grade and grade, but there was significant difference between them (P <0.01). The MVC of invasive carcinoma and recurrent bladder cancer were significantly higher than those of superficial carcinoma (P <0.01) and non-recurrent group (P <0.01). The abnormal expression of E-CD was correlated with the clinical stage and pathological grade of bladder cancer (P <0.05). The abnormal expression of E-CD in recurrence group (75.8%) was significantly higher than that of non-recurrence group The expression rate (31.2%, P <0.01). The MVC of 3E-CD normal bladder cancer was significantly lower than that of E-CD bladder cancer (P <0.01). Conclusion: Both MVC and E-CD can be used as predictors of malignancy, invasion and recurrence of bladder cancer. E-CD may play an inhibitory role in tumor angiogenesis.
