对在熔体直纺生产线上生产低缩率涤纶合股网络复合丝(ITY)的工艺进行全面系统分析,研究表明:预取向丝油架位置高于全拉伸丝油架位置、双调节阀侧吹风设计、双网络设计、GR2热辊圈数选择7.5圈,并采取最佳的工艺参数,最终才能生产出优质的低缩率涤纶ITY。
A comprehensive and systematic analysis was made on the process of producing ITY with low shrinkage rate in the melt spinning production line. The results showed that: the position of the pre-orientation yarn holder was higher than that of the fully drawn yarn holder, Hair design, dual network design, GR2 hot roller lap 7.5 laps, and take the best process parameters, and ultimately to produce high quality low shrinkage polyester ITY.
