当今世界经济全球化竞争日益激烈,科学技术创新日新月异,生产产品质量要求不断提高,各行各业对生产一线应用型人才需求越来越大,要求也越来越高。针对这一现状,如何把我们技工教育工作切入到社会生产实践中去,为当今社会培养出更多合格的应用型劳动者。而面对新世纪技工教育的生源素质结构之现状,在教学中又如何将实践性较强课程,能使学生在教学过程中,从繁多的定义及名词术语和图解中解困出来,使我们的教学工作能真正做到针对性,科学性和实效性,做到教有所获,学有所悟,学能致用;这已是任课教师首选解决的难题。为此,根据技工教育教学培养目标及教学对象,结合多年来的教学探索和总结,进行初步的探讨。
