我国的民用飞机产业要取得成功必须建立优良的产品支援体系,备件支援是产品支援的重要内容,而备件预测工作是备件支援工作的基础。高效准确的备件预测可以为航空用户提供低成本高保障率的备件服务,从而降低航空公司的运营成本,提高经济效益,同时提升飞机的赢利能力和竞争能力。本文以某型飞机备件预测系统的研究开发为对象。首先介绍了备件数据采集的方法和途径,然后按照备件类型分别介绍了备件预测模型。在此基础上分析了备件预测系统的组成、框架结构、工作原理及功能,开发了一套飞机备件预测系统。
To be successful, China’s civilian aircraft industry must establish an excellent product support system. Spare parts support is an important part of product support. Spare parts prediction is the basis for spare parts support. Efficient and accurate spare parts forecasting can provide aerospace users with low-cost and high-guaranteed spare parts services, thus reducing the operating costs of airlines and increasing economic efficiency while enhancing the profitability and competitiveness of aircraft. In this paper, a type of aircraft spare parts prediction system research and development as the object. Firstly, the methods and ways of data acquisition of spare parts are introduced, and then the spare parts prediction models are introduced respectively according to spare parts types. Based on this, the composition, frame structure, working principle and function of the spare parts prediction system are analyzed, and a set of aircraft spare parts prediction system is developed.
