目的　分析浙江农村卫技人员的年龄、学历、职称、专业等基本素质 ,探讨其存在的主要问题。方法　随机调查浙江省农村基层卫技人员 ,采用Access建立数据库、SPSS10 0进行统计处理。结果　浙江乡镇卫生院卫技人员 40岁以下占 62 5 % ,乡村医生中 5 0岁以上者占一半以上。农村卫技人员中本科学历仅占 2 8% ,人专学历 2 8 8% ,中专学历占 43 4% ,其余为无正规学历者。职称结构中 ,主治及以上占11 8% ,医师占 2 9 6% ,医士 3 7 0 % ,其余为卫生员和无职称人员。专业结构中临床医学占 5 2 9% ,护理占2 0 %左右。结论　浙江省乡镇卫生院卫技人员年龄较轻 ,乡村医生年龄过大 ,其专业以临床医学为主 ,学历和职称过低 ,不能满足社会需求 ,应加强其培养与考核。 Objective To analyze the basic qualifications of the age, qualifications, professional titles, and professional qualifications of rural workers in Zhejiang Province, and to discuss their main problems. Methods A random survey of rural grass-roots health workers in Zhejiang province used Access to establish a database and SPSS10 for statistical processing. Results The health technicians in Zhejiang township hospitals accounted for 62.5% below the age of 40, and more than half of the rural doctors were over 50 years old. Rural education technicians only have a bachelor’s degree of 28%, a person’s qualification of 28.8%, a technical secondary school education account for 43.4%, and the rest are those without formal qualifications. In the professional title structure, the attending and above accounted for 11 8%, the physicians accounted for 29,6%, and the healers were 37.0%. The rest were hygienic and non-professional personnel. Clinical medicine accounts for 52% of professional structures, and nursing accounts for about 20%. Conclusions The age of medical technicians in township hospitals in Zhejiang Province is younger, the age of rural doctors is too large, their specialty is mainly in clinical medicine, their qualifications and qualifications are too low, and they cannot meet the needs of the society. They should be strengthened in their training and assessment.
