采用国内统一标准丹佛法筛查,对我区30例高危儿和30例正常儿智能进行对比观察,正常儿智能无偏离情况,具有病危因素的婴儿智能发育偏离.对早产、低出生体重、窒息、产伤及颅内出血等高危因素婴儿从出生1个月开始筛查,其结果1个月偏离率为56%,训练指导到4个月明显好转,偏离率占43%.按不同的月龄进行训练,婴幼儿的智能会有显著提高.9个月筛查偏离率16%,对部分家长重视不够或方法不妥者再指导训练,15个月偏离率只占3%,24个月智能均达正常.结果是干预越早,婴幼儿智能发育越好.特别是早产儿,如能从出生后1个月就抓紧训练,9个月智能可正常.4~9个月是婴儿发育最佳时期,小儿从会坐、
