高中学生花费大量时间背诵英语单词、词组、语法规则,但在阅读和解题过程中仍然无法理解或误解一些语言现象,英语水平并未得到提高。这与高中英语教学主要注重语言教学而忽略文化教学有很大关系。由于英语和汉语存在很大的差异,所以英语教师可以通过课堂渗透、课外阅读、专题讲座等教学方法培养学生的文化差异意识。
High school students spend a lot of time reciting English words, phrases and grammar rules, but they still can not understand or misunderstand some language phenomena in reading and problem solving, and the English level has not been improved. This high school English teaching mainly focus on language teaching and ignore the teaching of culture has a lot to do. Due to the great differences between English and Chinese, English teachers can cultivate their awareness of cultural differences through teaching methods such as classroom penetration, extra-curricular reading and special lectures.
