研究了He-Ne和CO2激光对灯盏花种子的影响。采用激光照射灯盏花种子,然后用紫外光谱和高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析种子的提取物。结果表明,激光照射能影响灯盏花种子中的化学成份,且短时间的照射比长时间照射要显著,CO2激光比He-Ne激光显著。种子中的灯盏乙素在用CO2激光照射0.5min的种子中含量高于其他条件。激光能影响灯盏花种子中的化学成份,因此对灯盏花的繁育生长能有所帮助。
The effects of He-Ne and CO2 laser on the seeds of Erigeron breviscapus were studied. Erigeron seeds are irradiated with a laser, and the seed extract is analyzed by ultraviolet spectroscopy and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results show that laser irradiation can affect the chemical composition of the seeds of Erigeron breviscapus, and short-term exposure is more significant than that of long-term exposure. CO2 laser is more obvious than He-Ne laser. The amount of scutellarin in the seeds was higher than that of the seeds irradiated with CO2 laser for 0.5 min. The laser can affect the chemical composition of the seeds of Erigeron breviscapus Breeding and growth can help.
