NIH系孕鼠21只,随机分为正常组和给药组。给药组于妊娠第12天腹腔内注射50mg/kgDexamethasoneacetate,干扰鼠胚腭器官发育。二组孕鼠分别于妊娠第12/12、13/12、14/18、15/10、15/18、16/0、16/18天/小时处死,共获得胚胎184只。取头部标本作冠状切片,HE染色,光镜观察,对鼠腭器官的发育进行研究。提出了腭器官发育的六个时期.并认为妊娠第13/2天/;小时~14/18天/小时是腭突上抬及水平生长期,腭突上抬延迟是腭裂产生的主要因素之一。
Twenty-one NIH pregnant rats were randomly divided into normal group and administration group. The dosing group was intraperitoneally injected with 50mg / kgDexamethasoneacetate on the 12th day of gestation to interfere with the development of palatal palatal.
