依托ANSYS计算平台,利用其提供的参数化设计语言(APDL),以Visual Basic 6.0编程语言为工具,对ANSYS进行二次开发,编制汽车起重机结构分析计算程序,开发汽车起重机CAE平台。该平台通过良好的用户界面功能,对ANSYS进行后台调用,自动完成模型建立、计算分析及其优化分析等工作,实现结构分析和优化设计的程序化,从而为工程实际应用提供一个强有力的设计工具。
Relying on the ANSYS computing platform, using the Parametric Design Language (APDL) provided by it, and using the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language as a tool, the ANSYS is developed for the second time. The structure analysis and calculation program of the truck crane is compiled and the CAE platform of the truck crane is developed. The platform through a good user interface function, background calls ANSYS, automatic model building, calculation and analysis and optimization analysis work to achieve structural analysis and optimization of the design process, so as to provide a strong practical engineering design tool.
