港口国检查中对消防、救生、应急设备等给予极大的关注,SOLAS公约对这些问题的要求只有越来越严格,船舶安全也要求我们不能忽视消防、救生、应急设备。1 问题的提出 根据近几年来对港口国检查缺陷项目的统计,澳检的检查重点为载重线、消防、救生、应急设备等;美国检查重点为航海图书、消防、救生、应急设备和防污等;欧洲的检查重点为消防、救生、应急设备及防污设备等。在这些港口国检查严格的国家,始终把消防、救生、应急设备等的检查作为检查的重要部分。而恰恰在我们的船上,这些设备往往由于使用率不高,在检查中经常会出现滞留批注。以某公司1997年港口国检查的情况为例:
