图1所示为φ1420×4550的大型筒体在车床上装夹情况。加工时,因活动顶尖顶住夹具,而不能应用游标卡尺直接测量φ1400~(十0.22)的内止口孔径。为此我们使用如图2所示的大型筒体内止口孔径量具,从而保证了内止口孔径的加工精度。量具主体圆弧部分由φ14(外径)×3(壁厚)无缝钢管冷绕成形,共圆弧内径应大于活动顶针的外径,以保证量具能顺利地进入内止口测量中心。量具主休与可调量杆装配时需校直并需调正固定测头与
