地下矿用柴油机的燃烧室型式与其主要性能有密切的关系。本文从废气排放、使用经济性以及噪音等方面对比了两类柴油机的优劣。作者认为:氮氧化物是衡量废气成分好坏的一个关键性指标,对此,分隔式较直喷式要低得多;考虑到矿山的通风费用,分隔式的使用经济效果不亚于直喷式的,在通风负压大的矿山,它比直喷式甚至还要好些;在噪音、高速性能、燃油系统故障等方面,分隔式亦优于直喷式。因此,地下矿用柴油机以选用分隔式燃烧室为佳。
Underground mining diesel engine combustion chamber type and its main performance are closely related. This article compares the advantages and disadvantages of two types of diesel engines from the aspects of exhaust emissions, economic efficiency and noise. The author believes that NOx is a key indicator to measure the quality of exhaust gas, which is much lower than that of direct injection. Considering the cost of ventilation in the mine, the economic efficiency of separated use is no less than that of direct injection It is even better than direct-injection in mines with large ventilation negative pressure. In terms of noise, high-speed performance, fuel system failure, the separation is better than direct injection. Therefore, the underground mining diesel engine to choose a separate combustion chamber is better.
