一、前言砂型铸件质量与型砂质量密切相关,据统计,铸件废品约有50%以上与造型材料有关。而型砂的质量在各组分一定的前提下,主要依赖于混制工艺。因此,完成型砂混制工艺过程的混砂机即成为影响铸件质量的关键设备之一。最近我们对省内部分工厂的铸造车间作了较全面的调查。这次调查涉及到西安、宝鸡、咸阳阎良、三原、临潼等地39个工厂88台混砂机,其类型分布见表1。由表1看出:我省铸造行业使所用的混砂机主要是S114和S116,故我们这次调查的重点放在S114和S116上。调查情况表明;我省所使用的混砂机服役年限太长,见表2。其结构陈旧,大多数工厂未作过改造,许多工厂不重视操作管理,存在问题较多,现将调查结果综述如下:
I. Introduction The quality of sand casting is closely related to the quality of sand. According to statistics, about 50% of castings are related to modeling materials. The quality of sand in the premise of certain components, mainly depends on the mixing process. Therefore, the sand mixer that completes the sand mixing process becomes one of the key equipments that affect the quality of the castings. Recently, we conducted a more comprehensive survey of some foundry factories in the province. The survey involved 88 sand mills in 39 factories in Xi’an, Baoji, Xianyang, Yanliang, Mianyuan and Lintong, and their types are shown in Table 1. As can be seen from Table 1, the sand mills used in the foundry industry in our province are mainly S114 and S116, so our investigation focuses on S114 and S116. The investigation shows that the service life of sand mixer used in our province is too long, see Table 2. The old structure, most of the factory has not been transformed, many factories do not attach importance to the operation and management, there are more problems, the survey results are summarized as follows:
