在煤矿采掘生产过程中,一些生产区队在安全生产上常出现不和谐的声音,如“不违章就不能生产”及“生产创水平就要违章”等错误观点。为此,笔者来到部分基层采掘区队,采取座谈交流、现场调研等形式,对其进行了深入调查,剖析这些错误观点产生的根源,探析职工违章作业的心里诱因,并提出针对性的预防策略。一、错误观点产生的根源通过与采掘区队干部职工的座谈、分析,笔者发现其错误观点产生的根源主要有以下几个方面。1.职工思想麻痹是存在之源。由于职工个体的文化层次、工作经验、技能素质、法规意识和
