采用单盲、随机、安慰剂对照的方法，观察优喘平对慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期患者的预防和治疗作用。实验分3组，分别给予优喘平200、400mg及安慰剂，每d1次口服，连续治疗6月。检测治疗前后症状、体征、肺功能、细胞因子等指标的变化。结果发现给予优喘平200、400mg组症状、体征、肺功能、细胞因子等变化较对照组有明显改善，差异有显著性意义（P＜0．05～0．01）。口服200mg／d与口服400mg／d的治疗效果相似。提示小量优喘平对慢性阻塞性肺疾病有一定治疗作用。
A single-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled method was used to observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of Youchuping in patients with remission of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The experiment was divided into three groups, respectively, given asthma 200,400 mg and placebo, each d1 oral, continuous treatment for 6 months. Before and after treatment to detect symptoms, signs, lung function, cytokines and other indicators of change. The results showed that the symptoms, signs, lung function, cytokines and other changes of 200,800 mg group were significantly improved compared with the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05 ~ 0.01).
