目的探讨手卫生理想的干手方法。方法 2013年1月-12月,通过整群抽样方法,抽取一所三级医院临床医务人员482人,随机分为干手纸巾组(A组,n=203)、热风干手器组(B组,n=142)、毛巾组(C组,n=137),分别使用一次性干手纸巾、热风干手器、毛巾干手后进行细菌菌落总数检测。以不超过原卫生部消毒技术规范中规定的医务人员手细菌总数为合格。结果 A组203人中合格193人,合格率95.07%;B组142人中合格110人,合格率77.46%;C组137人中合格98人,合格率71.53%;3组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),A组与B、C组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组与C组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与热风干手器和毛巾干手方法相比,干手纸巾的干手效果较为理想,推荐医务人员进行手卫生时使用一次性擦手纸巾干手。
Objective To explore hand hygiene methods of hand hygiene. Methods From January to December 2013, 482 clinicians from a tertiary hospital were randomly divided into two groups: group A (n = 203), group B (N = 142), towel group (group C, n = 137). The total number of bacterial colonies was detected after using disposable tissue paper towels, hot air dryers and towel dry hands, respectively. In order not to exceed the original Ministry of Health disinfection specifications provided by the medical staff hand bacteria qualified. Results Among 203 patients in group A, 193 were qualified, the pass rate was 95.07%. Among 142 patients in group B, 110 were qualified, with a pass rate of 77.46%. Among 137 patients in group C, 98 were qualified, with a pass rate of 71.53%. Among the three groups, (P <0.01). There was significant difference between group A and group B, C (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between group B and group C (P> 0.05). Conclusion Compared with the hot air hand dryer and towel dry hand method, dry hand towel paper towel effect is ideal, recommended medical staff to hand hygiene hand towel disposable towel.
