磁性复合微球作为一种优良的载体,广泛应用于生物医学和技术上,如蛋白纯化、药物绑定、酶固定化等。磁性复合微球制备过程包括纳米磁性粒子合成、磁性复合微球制备,将酶与经表面羧基、氨基、环氧基等功能基团修饰或直接与磁性微球共价结合,或者与表面经金属离子鳌合的磁性微球吸附从而实现酶固定化。本文介绍了磁性复合微球的制备过程及其在固定化酶方面的研究进展。
