本文经调研,探讨研究和构思了几种适用于金属热处理的脉冲发生器的电路方案。经比较,讨论之后,决定脉冲发生器采用函数信号发生器;高压大功率直流电源、可控硅控制电路,电压电流测量电路及频率测量电路才能满足金属材料在脉冲热处理过程中获得电压,电流和频率等性能指标。
After researching and discussing this article, we have studied and conceptualized several circuit schemes for pulsed generators suitable for metal heat treatment. After comparison, after discussion, it is decided that the pulse generator uses the function signal generator. The high-voltage high-power DC power supply, thyristor control circuit, voltage-current measurement circuit and frequency measurement circuit can meet the requirements of the metal material in the pulse heat treatment process to obtain the voltage, current and Frequency and other performance indicators.
