本文通过定性实验观察酸渣的生成情况以及定量实验考查酸浓度、铁(Ⅲ)含量对酸渣生成的影响和互溶剂的防渣情况。实验结果表明,随着酸浓度的增加,酸渣生成量增大,残酸液较之原酸生成的酸渣量小.并且当存在铁(Ⅲ)时,将促进酸渣的生成.当酸液中含有一定量的互溶剂乙二醇丁醚时,对于减轻酸渣生成具有一定效果.通过以上研究提出了防止酸渣生成的方法.
In this paper, through the qualitative experiment, the formation of acid residue was observed and the quantitative experiment was carried out to examine the effects of acid concentration, iron (Ⅲ) content on the generation of acid residue and the anti-slag of mutual solvent. The experimental results show that with the increase of acid concentration, the amount of acid residue increases, and the amount of acid residue produced by residual acid is smaller than that of acid. And when iron (III) is present, acid sludge generation will be promoted. When the acid contains a certain amount of mutual solvent ethylene glycol butyl ether, to reduce the generation of acid residue has a certain effect. Through the above studies, a method to prevent the generation of acid residue is proposed.
