采用栀子与不同中草药组合的熬制剂处理黄花梨,在室温(20~28℃)条件下贮藏15 d,分析了贮藏期间黄花梨的生理代谢指标变化.结果表明,黄花梨果实成熟衰老与失重、Vc和MDA含量变化密切相关;栀子熬制剂处理对黄花梨的保鲜机理在于可延缓果实营养成分的降解,减小失重率,维持较高Vc含量水平,抑制细胞膜脂过氧化,维持细胞膜相对稳定,使果肉硬度下降率降低,腐烂率减小;不同中草药组合保鲜效应不同,栀子+大黄处理保鲜效应最强.
Huanghua pear was treated with a mixture of gardenia and different herbs, and stored at room temperature (20 ~ 28 ℃) for 15 days.The physiological and metabolic indices of Huanghua pear during storage were analyzed.The results showed that the ripening and weightlessness of Huanghua pear , Vc and MDA content changes are closely related; Gardenia Alopeculence treatment of pear fresh mechanism is to delay the degradation of fruit nutrients, reduce the weight loss rate, to maintain a high level of Vc, inhibition of cell membrane lipid peroxidation, to maintain cell membrane relative Stabilized, so that the rate of decline in the hardness of the pulp to reduce the decay rate; different combinations of fresh-keeping effect of different herbs, gardenia + rhubarb treatment the strongest preservation effect.
