综合创新是我国创新的必由之路,它以中国特色社会主义市场经济与21世纪创新型国家的制度创新为主要支撑。在具体实践中,经济、政治、教育、文化等各领域需要联动融合,如何着眼全局进行综合创新,考验各级政府治理智慧。梳理和比较我国各省市地方政府创新经验,以及国外各领域创新经验,有助于我国地方政府将创新驱动发展的理念落到实处。
Comprehensive innovation is the only way for our country to innovate. It is mainly supported by the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics and the institutional innovation in the 21st century innovative countries. In practice, the fields of economy, politics, education and culture need to be linked and integrated. How to focus on the overall situation for comprehensive innovation and test the wisdom of governance at all levels of government? Combining and comparing the experiences of local governments in various provinces and cities in our country in innovation as well as the experiences of innovation in various fields abroad will help our local government implement the idea of innovation-driven development.
