由于眼压升高使眼球壁伸展是众所周知的,完全预料到眼球壁的伸展可导致角膜形状的变化。迄今,关于青光眼的角膜形态变化仅有两份报告,而没有详细的探讨。已知使用以自动选择接物镜为目的而创制的角膜摄影镜(Photokeratometry)能比较正确地测定角膜形状。因此,我们用它主要测量青光眼患者的角膜形状,探讨了眼压变化和角膜形状变化的关系,获得了某些有兴趣的结果,现报告如下:对所有病例探讨了眼压每升高2毫米汞柱
It is well-known that stretching of the wall of the eye as a result of increased intraocular pressure fully anticipates that the expansion of the wall of the eye may result in changes in the shape of the cornea. To date, there have been only two reports of glaucomatous morphological changes without a detailed discussion. It is known that a corneal shape can be measured more accurately using a photocoagulation system created for the purpose of automatically selecting an objective lens.
