通过特定的基因组合与转染可以将已分化的体细胞诱导重编程为多潜能干细胞。此项新兴技术拥有巨大的潜在应用价值。利用该技术能够获得为病人“量身定做”的或疾病特异的多能干细胞。它不仅使移植中的免疫排斥问题迎刃而解,也绕开了人类胚胎干细胞研究带来的伦理问题。为干细胞研究注入了新的活力。但其临床应用之路还很漫长,有许多技术难题亟待解决。现就诱导性多潜能干细胞研究现状与临床应用前景进行综述与展望。
Differentiated somatic cells can be induced to reprogram into pluripotent stem cells by a specific combination of genes and transfection. This emerging technology has tremendous potential value. With this technology, it is possible to obtain “tailor-made” or disease-specific pluripotent stem cells for the patient. It not only solved the problem of immune rejection in transplantation, but also circumvented the ethical problems brought by human embryonic stem cell research. Now on the research status of induced pluripotent stem cells and clinical application prospects are reviewed and prospects.
