目的分析血必净注射液联合乌司他丁治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法将开封市鼓楼结核病医院2009-07-2011-03收治的64例重症急性胰腺炎患者随机分为两组,对照组32例应用乌司他丁治疗,治疗组32例应用血必净注射液联合乌司他丁治疗,分析两组的治疗结果。结果两组腹痛、白细胞、血淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶四项指标均有所恢复,但是治疗组患者的恢复时间更为显著,时间缩短明显,两组指标对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者总有效率为81.25%,治疗组患者总有效率93.75%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血必净注射液联合乌司他丁治疗重症急性胰腺炎疗效确切,安全性高,能有效减少并发症发生,值得临床推广使用。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Xuebijing injection combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods Totally 64 cases of severe acute pancreatitis admitted to Drum Tower Hospital of Kianggiu in Kaifeng City from July 2009 to June 2011 were randomly divided into two groups, 32 cases in the control group were treated with ulinastatin, 32 cases in the treatment group were treated with Xuebijing injection Combination of ulinastatin treatment, analysis of the two groups of treatment results. Results The four indexes of abdominal pain, leucocyte, blood amylase and urinary amylase were recovered in both groups, but the recovery time of the treatment group was more obvious and the time was shortened obviously. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05 ). The total effective rate of the control group was 81.25%, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%. The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion Xuebijing injection combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis has definite effect and high safety, which can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications and is worthy of clinical promotion.
