目前,职业学校的中职生由被动就业,转变为能动就业,乃至创业,带动就业,这成为中职教育工作者最富具挑战性的历史使命。各中等专业学校也正在尝试推进创业教育的教学工作,但有些共性的瓶颈问题,比如:创业教育师资匮乏、创业基地组织构建的准确定位、传统受教方式与创业教育组织要求之间的矛盾等,急需冷静分析认真应对,才能达成培养学生创业精神和实践能力的最终目标。
