一、工件加工难度需要加工的方牙蜗杆的尺寸与要求如图1所示。这一根方牙蜗杆在加工工艺上的难度很大。(1)导程较大,退刀槽的宽度相对而言较小,在车床上加工时易撞刀;(2)牙型为方牙,故切刀的轴向顶力较大,易将工件顶弯;(3)导程S=7.73,车床的挂轮难配,且是近似的,带有一定的理论误差;(4)两牙侧的表面粗糙度要求较高,须由螺纹磨床加工才能达到,但一般中小型厂无这种精密设备。二、专用设备为了解决这一难关,笔者设计了一个简易的非标设备,利用阿基米德螺旋线展成三角形原理,加工出合格的产品。加工时,班产量比车床提高3~5倍,很
