伴随着经济以及科学技术的快速发展,整个社会对建筑的需求量日益上涨,这也就极大地推动了整个建筑行业的迅速崛起和发展。建筑施工是建筑工程的重中之重,而建筑施工技术管理水平又是建筑施工的中枢环节。建筑施工技术管理水平的高低在很大程度上决定了建筑工程质量的优劣。本文以建筑施工技术管理工作阐述为基础,深入分析了建筑工程管理的必要性,最后针对建筑工程施工技术管理水平提高提出了相应的对策。
With the rapid economic and scientific and technological development, the society as a whole is in increasing demand for construction, which has greatly promoted the rapid rise and development of the entire construction industry. Construction is the top priority of construction projects, and construction technology management level is the backbone of construction. The level of construction technology management to a large extent determines the pros and cons of construction quality. Based on the elaboration of management of construction technology, this paper deeply analyzes the necessity of construction management and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the management level of construction technology.
