为了掌握皖南地区各烟区的烟叶物理特性,技术人员对2008年皖南优质烟叶的平衡含水率、烟叶厚度、烟叶含梗率、单位面积重量和体积密度等物理性能进行了一系列检测和实验,运用EXCEL、SPSS等软件对数据进行处理和统计分析,分析了不同地点和等级间烟叶物理性状的差异。结果显示,部位等级的不同会对平衡含水率、厚度、体积密度、单位面积重量产生显著影响,有些指标甚至达到极显著差异水平;而地点的变化也会对体积密度和烟叶含梗率产生显著性影响。该研究为改进皖南地区的烟叶生产技术及优化打叶复烤、卷烟企业制丝生产线工艺参数提供了理论依据。
In order to grasp the physical characteristics of tobacco leaves in different tobacco growing areas in southern Anhui Province, technicians conducted a series of tests and experiments on the physical properties such as the equilibrium moisture content, the thickness of tobacco leaves, the percentage of tobacco with stems, the weight per unit area and the bulk density of high quality tobacco leaves in southern Anhui in 2008, Data were processed and statistically analyzed by EXCEL, SPSS and other software to analyze the differences of physical traits of tobacco leaves between different locations and grades. The results showed that the different site grades had a significant effect on the equilibrium moisture content, thickness, bulk density and weight per unit area, with some indicators even reaching extremely significant differences; and the change of location also had a significant effect on the bulk density and the percentage of tobacco stems Sexual effects. The study provides a theoretical basis for improving the tobacco production technology in southern Anhui and optimizing the technological parameters of the tobacco production line.
